The Supreme Court of USA upheld another freedom of expression for its citizen. In the seven year old battle between a Muslim woman, Samantha Elauf and Abercrombie & Fitch, Supreme Court ruled in favor of the woman and told employers that they had an affirmative duty under federal anti-discrimination law to accommodate the religious practices of employees and job applicants.
