MASJID BAIT-UL IKRAM | PROGRESS REPORT

PROJECT INTRODUCTION:

Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Complex Comprises of Masjid Building-A, Existing Prayer Hall-B, Commercial Kitchen-C, Mission House-D and Site Civil work  (New Main Parking ). As per the contract with JM Design Construction the estimated completion time is 9 months. Here after find the site progress status up to date.

SITE CIVIL WORK

• Civil work permit process completed and issued by the city of Allen and contractor mobilization was started on 08-21-2017.
• Silt fence installed at job site as per city requirement.
• Site cleaning and required trees and bushes removal at west side is done.
• All underground services marked inside the property limit.
• Grading and layout started for new parking area.
• Existing sprinkler system under new parking area is removed and the rest is preserved and activated.
• Existing concrete removed and hauled from the job site as per civil plan

GENERAL NOTES:

• There is add on list of some small items forwarded to the contractor by the Jamat Vice president for pricing and contractor is working on items price quote and will submit next week for Client review and approval.
• All buildings permits submission reviewed by the city of Allen officials and asked for additional information from Design Architect to complete the approval process.
• Contractor is requested to submit schedule of work
