New Mosque Project

PROJECT INTRODUCTION:

Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Complex Comprises of Masjid Building-A, Existing Prayer Hall-B, Commercial Kitchen-C, Mission House-D and Site Civil work  (New Main Parking ). As per the contract with JM Design Construction the estimated completion time is 9 months. Here after find the site progress status up to date.

Status Updates:

31 Mar 2018: Foundation Stone laid by National Ameer Sb at a ceremony

26 Apr 2017: We signed contract with the general contractor for the Phase 1 of the project.

10 Dec 2016: A lawyer is identified and working on construction contract. There are some minor changes by the architect on the kitchen and that will be updated with the city.

01 Jun 2015: We are now closing all required permits, Insha Allah, and have already started contacting potential bids for the contractor. We have also started collecting the funds promised and hope to start work on the ground soon, Insha Allah!

23 Jan 2015: City of Allen has approved our plan for the Mosque project. Alhamdulillah. We are now entering the next phase in the program which will start with obtaining building permit. Please keep praying and supporting the program!

26 Nov 2014: Our architect Mr. Ben Cortez has submitted the final documents with all changes per City demands. City of Allen told us there will not be no more hearings – which indicates that most of the questions are already answered and most of the feedback is already taken care in the design.
